Portus Ganda Coaching & Consulting Group
is where inspiration and insight come together to spark clarity and results. We focus on leaders achieving their business goals with humanism, meaning, and concrete action.
The name Portus Ganda comes from a quiet harbor in Gent, Belgium—where two rivers meet. Once buried, then restored, it symbolizes resilience, reinvention, and steady flow through change. That’s what we offer: clarity in complexity, traction in transition, and a place to lead forward with strength and purpose.
Our coaches combine grounded presence and strategic partnership with sharp insight. We will name what others won’t, challenge assumptions, and surface deeper dynamics. Questions are clear and direct, designed to unlock insight and movement.
“Every session gave me a clear next step. What felt overwhelming now feels doable.”
Led by Andre Keil, Portus Ganda draws on over 20 years of global experience in executive coaching, leadership facilitation, and strategic thought partnership. Andre helps leaders operate with greater clarity, presence, and influence in moments of growth, complexity, and change.
Our focus is on C-suite executives and their senior-most deputies in corporate settings—those leading major functions, regions, and enterprise-wide initiatives—as well as high-impact leaders in healthcare, education, and research.
Andre Keil brings over 20 years of global experience as an executive coach, leadership facilitator, and strategic thought partner. He helps senior leaders operate with greater clarity, presence, and influence—particularly during times of growth, complexity, and organizational change. His focus is C-suite executives and their senior-most deputies in corporate settings—those leading major functions, regions, and enterprise-wide initiatives—as well as high-impact top leaders in non-corporate environments such as healthcare, education, and research, including Presidents, Deans, Executive Medical Directors, and Senior Administrators.
Andre has coached or facilitated across a wide range of sectors including: Technology (Google, DocuSign, GitHub, Epicor), Healthcare & Life Sciences (UNC Health, Wake Health, Duke Health, Agilent, Boston Scientific), Consumer Goods (Kimberly-Clark, Royal Canin, Mars, Hasbro), Finance (Golub Capital, FactSet, Federal Reserve Bank, BNP Paribas, London Stock Exchange), Education & Research (Duke University, Wash U St. Louis, UC San Diego, Oak Ridge National Lab, European Space Agency), Manufacturing & Industrial (Ford, SPX, CRH, Mortenson), and Consulting & Strategy. In addition to one-on-one coaching, Andre designs and facilitates enterprise-level team coaching and small group sessions, focused on cross-functional alignment, leadership development, and cultural transformation. He has guided teams through restructuring, visioning, and high-stakes leadership transitions—often stepping in at critical inflection points when clarity and cohesion are needed most.
Andre previously led the coaching practice at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), where he managed a $2.5 million line of business and co-led a faculty of over 400 executive coaches. He co-designed coaching capability programs, led a €1 million 360-feedback project at Novo Nordisk, and won several large-scale coaching clients. Prior to that, he held leadership roles in product development and operations within U.S. and European tech startups, including one that achieved a 3X return on equity.
At CCL, Andre coauthored Better Conversations Every Day, a practical guide that helps leaders bring their teams closer, develop coaching skills, and shift organizational cultures toward greater trust and connection. The framework has been used by organizations to build leadership habits that drive collaboration, improve performance, and support sustainable culture change at scale.
Dutch by birth, Andre came to the U.S. at age 12 and has worked extensively across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. He holds a B.A. in Art History from UCLA and a Master’s in Organizational Behavior from Alliant University. He is a Dutch/American dual citizen and bilingual. He is certified in a wide range of psychometric and coaching tools, including the Leadership Circle Profile, Hogan, MBTI, CCL’s 360 Suite, FIRO-B, and Workplace Big 5. On the personal side, Andre is married with two adult children. During his time off, he hikes the trails of North Carolina with his wife and their dog Joey.
